Our Mission

The goal of Sequim Community Broadcasting (SCB) is to establish a community non-commercial educational FM radio station that serves the people of Sequim and the Dungeness Valley.

SCB’s radio station will broadcast music of the ’40s, ’50s, ’60s, and beyond and produce local programming that is relevant to the population of our area, to include local news and weather as well as community and school events.

Our station will be staffed by volunteers and will offer a wide range of opportunities for citizens to participate in community radio. In addition, we will seek input from our listeners through a program advisory committee.

In order to serve our listeners, and keep them informed, SCB will continue to broadcast and provide on-the-air news updates during power outages, adverse weather and road conditions, and other unforeseen events.
